As a Real Estate Agent, Stan has done multiple inspections for my clients. It is important for an inspector to be thorough and to help home buyers understand the ins and outs of what they are getting in to and Stan is tremendous at this. Equally important is being on time to meet the tedious deadlines that go into Real Estate Contracts, and Stan has always prepared his reports within 24 hours of an inspection, even on weekends. As an Agent, I worry that sometimes inspectors may cut corners or overlook things that could potentially cost my clients thousands of dollars in the long run, but I have NEVER had that concern with Stan’s work.
